Perfectly groomed slopes as far as the eye can see, endless descents, and a variety of pistes that is second to none: The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is one of the largest and most diverse ski resorts in Austria – and for many, it is simply the most beautiful place to experience winter. It’s not without reason that the region is famously nicknamed the "Home of Lässig".
Four villages, one interconnected paradise of slopes: From the sunny, gentle slopes in Hinterglemm to the challenging descents in Leogang and Fieberbrunn, one highlight follows the next. Whether you are a relaxed cruiser, an ambitious freerider, or a family helping your children carve their very first turns – everyone will find their favorite terrain in the Skicircus.
The Ski Area in Numbers
State-of-the-art snowmaking systems ensure that premium skiing fun is guaranteed on top-notch slopes throughout the entire season.
"The Challenge" – the Most Legendary Ski Circuit in the Alps
If you have the stamina and a craving for something extraordinary, take on "The Challenge": It is considered the most demanding ski circuit in the Alps. 65 kilometers of skiing, 32 lifts, and around 12,400 meters of altitude gain in a single day – a true adventure you will be talking about for a long time. The circuit can be easily started and finished right in the center of Hinterglemm.
Beyond the sheer number of slope kilometers, the region thrives on its contrasts – on the mountain by day, and in the valley by night:
Your Basecamp: The 4*S Hotel Alpin Juwel
Right in the heart of the action rather than far away: The 4*S Hotel Alpin Juwel in Hinterglemm is located just about 100 meters from the slope – a quick stroll, and you are standing right in the snow. After an active day out on the mountain, the finest rewards await you back at the hotel: unwind at the Alpin Spa with authentic Ayurveda, swim laps in the panoramic outdoor pool overlooking the snow-capped peaks, or indulge in our cozy dining stüberls with organic, regional cuisine.
So close to the Skicircus, so close to winter – and perfectly at home by evening.
